This house has been vacant for years. The owner spent some time rehabbing it back around 2000, pissing off most of the neighbors in the process (stealing electricity, damaging the house next door), before skipping out on an unfinished job.
The city came and tore the front porch off last year after most of it collapsed. The property is regularly cited for accumulated garbage and an overgrown yard.
The house has attracted vagrants, drug and prostitution activity, and dumped garbage.
