This one and 326 are little more than facades. Their fronts almost blew over last week in the stormy weather. They were leaning into the street and the firemen took the plywood out of the windows to let the wind through. It looks like new construction is taking place with them though. I think the ownership has recently changed. I am looking forward to these getting fixed up.
