Agreed about the port-o-potty. I spoke to the very friendly owner many months ago and he said the reason the port-o-potty is there is because he doesn’t want vagrants using his house. If vagrants are in his house I’m guessing those are the least of his concerns. Anyway, the port-o-potty needs to go. It causes blight to neighborhood and attracts graffiti. I wish he would finish the house, it could be really nice.

I know good historic restorations take time, but I will mention that the port-o-potty really should leave the scene if its not being used in the meantime.
