Yes this house was under renovation at one point. There are no active building permits for this property and it has been quite a while since any work has been done.
I think it is important for the public to know that a councilwoman, who is also listed as a point of contact for complaints on the Vacant Richmond site, owns a property that is in the city database. I seriously doubt that we’ll see any proposed legislation regarding stricter vacant housing enforcement coming from the 7th district.
